Role Description The Residential Inside Sales Representative position plays a critical role in customer acquisition and migrating customers from fixed wireless internet to fiber broadband internet services. This role is the front-looking image of the company and will be responsible for putting the company’s best foot forward in building a relationship with new customers. - Collaborate closely with prospective and current customers to suggest products and services that best meet their internet & phone connectivity needs. - Build strong relationships with potential and existing customers by demonstrating a friendly and helpful approach that makes them feel comfortable and willing to purchase or upgrade their existing services. - Cultivate a positive and collaborative working relationship with the members of the Surf sales & service teams. - Stay informed about the latest services, products, and promotions available to customers. - Interact with potential and existing customers via telephone, email, texts, or in person to provide support and information on products or services. - Utilize the company's customer relationship management software to gather customer information, set up billing and services, schedule tasks, and track communications through the communication tools available to all sales representatives. - Take inbound calls and make outbound calls in a high-paced call center environment. Qualifications - Minimum 2 years+ sales call center experience. - Strong verbal communication skills. - Being able to engage daily with customers from diverse cultures and backgrounds. - Comfortable working independently and making minor decisions. - Strong organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail. - Knowledge of customer service best practices and desire to participate in training and professional development. - Ability to perform well in a fast-paced working environment. - Availability to work Saturdays and evening shifts. - Work remotely free from distractions. - Ability to cooperate with and support members of other departments that also work with customers.
