• Manage daily client service requests • Oversee and execute client onboarding • Manage Advisor workflows and tasks, ensuring that all client touch points are made • Develop and fine-tune internal company processes, workflows, and templates • Advisor and company Calendar and email management • Manage Schwab paperwork, money movement (wires, journals, Moneylinks, etc.) and trading • Manage SmartRIA – executing compliance tasks as necessary • Manage Gusto - executing payroll • Project management and execution, reporting directly to CEO • Various administrative tasks • Resolve issues practically and proactively • Participate in strategy meetings and help execute on goals of the firm

  • Comfortable calling clients and outside vendors to get answers to questions

The Opportunity - Reviews several different operations reports including Practice Management Report to identify problem areas, takes appropriate action, and follows-up as necessary. - Interfaces with Regional Director, Medical Director, Reimbursement Directors, and Practice Management to resolve issues and answer questions. - Responsible for preparation and facilitation of site conference calls and/or site visits. - Identifies financial performance, team structure, and other areas needing improvement and works collaboratively with Director of Billing Operations or Sr. Management in developing corrective action plans. Responsible for implementation of action plans. - Works with Director of Billing Operations or Sr. Management in the preparation of short-term plans and budgets based on company goals and growth objectives, including productivity and audit standards. - Works with Director of Billing Operations or Sr. Management in facilitating the implementation of site specific and organization-wide programs and initiatives. - Provides support to Information Technology staff in resolving system issues. - Escalates issues to Director of Billing or Sr. Management as needed for resolution of site or personnel challenges. - Participates in workgroups with various internal and external departments for efficiency gains and problem/payer resolution. - Schedules and carries out occasional day and overnight travel for the company, not exceeding 5% of time. - Provides leadership and development to Billing Supervisors. - Monitors workflow of assigned teams and coordinates necessary labor among teams as needed. - Participates in disciplinary actions of team members and ensures proper documentation is prepared. - Facilitates development of team building, fosters trust, respect, conflict resolution and maintains positive morale. - Assists with and review auditing of team member’s work to ensure production and quality standards are met. - Works with Training Department to formulate training workshops and monitors team members' progress. - Ensures team members are always cross trained to guarantee coverage in all areas. - Maintains staff within established FTE ratio budgets set by senior leadership. Role Description The Repository Services Librarian advances the sharing and stewardship of UW–Madison’s scholarly outputs by serving as the service lead and primary user support contact for MINDS@UW, the university’s institutional repository. Reporting to the Head of Research and Digital Scholarship Strategy, this position collaborates closely with colleagues in Libraries IT and Research Data Services.
