Role Description We are seeking an experienced Client Service Associate to provide exceptional service to our high-net-worth client base and support our advisors. - Schwab Account Operations: Provide ongoing client service support including Account Opening, Transfers, Move Money, Account Maintenance, and other account update requests. - Client Onboarding & Support: Welcome new clients to CAM, get them set up in our systems, and assist with account opening and transfers. - Client Data & Documents: Organize client files and folders (Box), assist with client review preparation and follow-up templates, update client data in spreadsheets, planning software (MoneyGuide Pro), and our CRM (Wealthbox), etc. - Meeting Preparation & Follow-Up: Work closely with our Lead Planners to assist in the preparation of meeting templates and agendas, and ensuring all action items from meetings are handled in a timely manner. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree and 3-5+ years as a Client Service Associate, OR - High school diploma or equivalent (GED) and 10+ years as a Client Service Associate (in lieu of a degree) - 1+ years working with Schwab Advisor Center (or comparable custodian) - Experience maintaining client information in a CRM - Very clear communicator (verbal and written) - Very strong client orientation with exceptional attention to detail - Well organized and respectful of client service standards (deadlines) - Willing to learn and comfortable saying “I don’t know” or “I need help” - Consistently demonstrate our core values (Service, Curiosity, Transparency, Humility, & Tenacity) - Must reside in the United States - Available to work 9AM to 5PM ET Requirements - Experience in an RIA (preferably fee-only & growth oriented) - Extensive Schwab experience - Familiarity with wealth service CRMs (Wealthbox, Redtail, etc.) - Experience with workflows and process documentation - Track record of effective remote work in a fast-paced, growing firm - Track record of thriving in a small company "start-up" culture Benefits - Full-time W2 - Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 (commensurate with skills & experience) - Target Bonus: 5% of base salary - 401-K Match (4%) - Health, Dental, & Vision - Long-Term Disability, HSA, Dependent Care FSA - Professional development stipend - Unlimited PTO
