Job Description

Manager, Solution Consulting

AdRoll, a division of NextRoll

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of six Solutions Consultants (3 DSP, 3 ABM) across geographically distributed locations to deliver exceptional client outcomes • Monitor and optimize key business metrics, including revenue growth, time-to-value for implementations, and cross-platform expertise adoption • Develop and execute a team strategy that balances DSP and ABM platform expertise while building cross-functional capabilities • Foster cross-functional alignment between the Solutions Consulting team, field sales organization, and product teams to ensure client success and market feedback is incorporated into product roadmaps • Establish performance standards, conduct regular 1-on-1s, provide coaching and feedback, and create clear career development pathways for direct reports • Collaborate with senior leadership on quarterly business reviews, strategic planning, and organizational goals

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years relevant work experience with at least 2 years managing a team in a revenue-generating or client-facing environment
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams through performance management, coaching, and career development
  • Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, preferably with experience in advertising technology, DSP, ABM, or similar B2B solutions
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving key business metrics
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution and problem-solving.
