This role is ideal for a senior-level QA professional with a strong background in manual and automated testing, and must have hands-on experience with Playwright automation and scripting using JavaScript or TypeScript. The successful candidate will design and execute comprehensive test strategies, lead defect tracking and reporting, and contribute to continuous quality improvements in agile delivery environments. Key Responsibilities: Test Strategy & Planning: - Define, document, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test data for functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing. - Develop risk-based testing strategies aligned with business priorities and release timelines. Manual & Automated Testing - Develop and maintain end-to-end automated test scripts using Playwright (JavaScript/TypeScript preferred) for UI and API validation. - Ensure test automation is integrated into CI/CD pipelines and supports rapid release cycles. - Perform hands-on manual testing of Power Platform applications (Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate workflows) and integrations. Test Execution & Defect Management - Execute test cases, identify defects, and track them to closure using tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, or equivalent. - Perform root cause analysis and collaborate with developers to validate fixes and conduct retesting. Requirements - US Citizenship mandatory, Prefer existing public trust or higher clearance. - Bachelor’s degree in related field - 10+ years of overall experience - Must have Playwright automation and scripting experience. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
