Personal Lines Producer
Farmers Insurance
• Maintain and maximize profitable relationships with personal lines clients • Grow the book of business through new client sales • Identify, qualify, and develop personal insurance opportunities with clients • Foster and maintain excellent relationships with clients and prospects • Anticipate and respond to all existing client needs • Actively prospect and solicit increases in existing client coverage • Present policies to the insured and educate them on coverages and rates • Monitor and report on key metrics to ensure sales targets are achieved • Collaborate with team members and mentor staff • Keep informed regarding industry information and technology
Job Requirements
- Hold the insurance license required by your state
- Minimum of two years of personal and commercial lines insurance account management experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or comparable work experience
- Possess a valid driver’s license and a source of reliable transportation
- Strong knowledge of insurance products and usages
- Proficiency in rating procedures, underwriting procedures, coverages, and industry operations
- Proven track record of business-to-business sales success
- Strong presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Technology and Computer proficiency including agency management systems.

Overview Position: Production Assistant Location: U.S. Remote- must be in the following time zones: CST/MST/PST Pay: $17.31/HR. + $50 per funded file. Position Summary: The Production Assistant will be responsible for but not limited to assisting origination staff (loan officers, sales managers, etc.) with loan setup by preparing and reviewing loan documents, entering application information into the Encompass loan system, and work closely with all parties involved in the loan process including but not limited to customers, loan officers, escrow, title, etc., to order and collect additional loan documentation. Responsibilities Responsibilities: 1. Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, loan agents and other third parties involved in the mortgage loan transaction. 2. Prepare the file by reviewing loan application and obtaining additional documentation as needed. 3. Verify the file is locked until final UW submission and disclosures are sent, and validate that the 1003 is completed; missing documentation is identified and depending on severity of file may continue to be processed or returned to the loan officer. 4. Accurately enter loan application information into the Encompass loan system. 5. Confirm Title and Escrow have been ordered. 6. Stack file in proper stacking order. 7. Order FHA case number and query, refinance authorization if applicable. 8. Order 4506, print property profiles and elevate the file to Processing. 9. Other duties may be assigned.
