• Manage all aspects of daily campaign operations across: Paid Search: Google & Bing (Performance Max, PLA, DSA, Non-Brand, Brand). • Paid Content: YouTube, Display, Demand Gen. • Paid Social: Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, LinkedIn. • Monitor daily pacing, adjust budgets, and implement bid strategies to hit efficiency (ROAS) and volume targets. • Refresh creative rotations, conduct A/B testing, manage ad copy, and ensure product sets are current. • Manage negative keywords, conduct search term audits, perform keyword expansion, and proactively resolve disapproved ads or feed errors. • Accurately build and launch new campaigns, upload ad assets, create target audiences and exclusions, and set up tracking parameters. • Conduct basic QA to ensure correct implementation of conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager (GTM) parameters, and platform pixels. • Ensure product catalogs and feeds for PLA/Shopping, PMAX, and Paid Social are up-to-date and free of technical errors. • Maintain weekly performance data and dashboards across all paid channels. • Surface early insights related to efficiency, spend pacing, and ROAS trends for the Director of Growth Marketing and leadership team. • Pull reports for other teams (e.g., Creative, Product) as needed.
