• Drive new business development and client acquisition in the Bay Area • Conduct high-volume prospecting via email, phone, LinkedIn, and networking events. • Manage a full sales pipeline, adjusting activity to exceed targets. • Build relationships with CFOs, Controllers, Directors of Finance, and other senior leaders. • Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction. • Maintain exceptional client service and respond to any concerns quickly. • Help establish and grow the DeWinter brand in the Bay Area, building credibility and awareness from the ground up.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
- 4+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, ideally within accounting, finance, or professional services recruiting/staffing.
- A strong understanding of the accounting and finance talent landscape, including industry trends, candidate profiles, and client needs.
- Proven success in a fast-paced, metrics-driven recruiting or staffing environment.
- A consultative approach with the ability to build trust, influence decision-makers, and close complex searches.
- Exceptional communication skills, with confidence engaging hiring managers, CFOs, Controllers, and senior finance leaders.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivated, goal-oriented, and energized by building and growing a book of business.
- A strong local network within the accounting and finance community and a passion for cultivating long-term client and candidate relationships.
