Representative Manager

Fortive

• Meet and exceed assigned region revenue quota. • Meet and exceed assigned focus products revenue quota. • Accurately forecast revenue. • Drive full Fortive Business System (FBS) engagement. • Proactively maintain region level and rep level Bowlers for region. • Consistently implement SR sales management process discipline. • Maintain SR agency bench relationships. • Model and teach 1Fluke techniques, tactics, and standard methodologies. • Region SME on current FNET selling process methodologies & applications. • Maintain and facilitate assigned SR customer facing seller training certifications. • Proactive collaboration with SAMs, CSMs, product marketing, business units, and end user SMEs. • Support FNET trade shows along with your local SR team. • Support “OneFluke” strategy driving awareness of product adjacencies. • Travel in-market with SR street sellers within each sub-region quarterly.

Job Requirements

  • Associate degree in a technical field required, a Bachelor of Science degree in a technical field preferred.
  • Experience with value-selling technical solutions into relevant industrial/commercial data network applications.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Effective listening and strong collaboration skills.
  • Ability to develop tactics to drive stated corporate and regional strategies.
  • Efficiency – Must possess a high level of self-motivation and initiative; Efficiently prioritize and follow through on assignments and projects
  • Frequent travel 60%+.
