Requirements: - overall legal practice 6+ years, degree in Law; - experience in IT company or сonsulting companies through the life cycle of business operations, including commercial, compliance, and intellectual property matters; - advanced knowledge of English (including legal drafting); - excellent knowledge of international commercial, civil, corporate, intellectual property, and labor law; - experience in cooperation with foreign legal consultants, managing the corporate transactions within international markets; - experience in registration and legal support of legal entities; - understanding of GDPR and other data protection regulations;Team management experience. Preferred skills: - understanding of online marketing and the specifics of the work of marketing product companies.
