The Role We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Senior Sales Development Representative to be a critical engine of our revenue team. You will be responsible for: - Strategically engaging with leaders in K-12 school districts to schedule qualified meetings with decision makers and influencers for new BrightBee partners. You're not easily discouraged. - Growth-Oriented: You are eager to learn and grow your career in sales or customer success. You see this role as a clear stepping stone and are motivated to advance within 12 months. - Team Player: You enjoy collaboration and understand that the success of the team is your success. - Tech-Savvy: You are proficient with AI and modern sales tools, especially CRMs like HubSpot.
