Role Description Art Directors at MAS are our spatial designers ready to help translate any concept into reality. They have a keen eye for detail, are adept at creative problem solving, and deeply understand the connection between physical environment and user journey. - Responsible for running with a project’s creative north star and helping develop supporting creative deliverables. - Deliverables include: - Thoughtful mood boards - Clear floor plans and elevations - Compelling renderings - Clean build drawings and 3D models - Onsite responsibilities include managing builds and ensuring quality expectations are met by vendors. - Overcommunicate and collaborate closely with the project’s creative team and production. - Manage relationships with scenic partners to guide and keep them on track with the project vision. - Organizational and time management skills are essential; become creative project leads once a concept has taken shape. - Help organize and prioritize action items, delegate tasks to Associate Art Directors, and prepare for client presentations. Qualifications - A portfolio of recent work showcasing renderings and drawings. - 4+ years of proven spatial design experience at an agency. - Passion for creating bold experiences. - Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced industry. - Strong written and verbal interpersonal communication and presentation skills. - Self-motivated with a strong sense of get-shit-done attitude. - Ability to help keep a project team motivated. - Mastery of one or more of the following 3D design programs: SketchUp, Rhino, C4D, Blender. - Mastery of a render program such as Enscape, Twinmotion, Lumion, Vray. - Ability to use Photoshop and Illustrator. - Familiarity with Figma. - Proficiency using Google Workspace suite. What Will You Be Doing? - Working closely with the Sr. Art Directors / Creative Director on the conceptual development and execution of A&F Adults seasonal editorial campaigns. Building the A&F brand handwriting for a new generation of consumers, building off existing brand foundations - Pre Production: Support the concepting and planning of A&F seasonal photoshoots by compiling imagery for mood boards, organizing and updating production details for internal presentations, model casting, communicating with third party production companies/vendors on all aspects of shoot production.
