This Role ADAY is looking for an Excel-loving individual to lead our analytics, from helping us direct large budgets to the most efficient investments to recommending tactics to increase LTV. Role Description Redwood Strategy Group, Inc. has an exciting opportunity for a Budget Analyst (Business and Analytics Analyst) to join their team supporting an Obligations Clearing House (OCH), processing obligating documents daily; validating funding data elements; updating accounting systems; and submitting transactions in DAI for approval. Requirements - Minimum of five (5) years of professional experience supporting financial management, accounting, or budget execution activities within a federal or DoD environment. - Demonstrated experience analyzing financial data, validating funding documents, and maintaining accurate accounting records. - Experience working with automated financial systems and databases, including data validation, reconciliation, and audit support. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders (e.g., program offices, analysts, and leadership). - Minimum of three (3) years of experience performing obligation processing, funds validation, or transaction control functions within DoD financial systems. - Hands-on experience with Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI) or comparable DoD ERP/accounting systems. - Experience processing, reviewing, and validating obligating documents; identifying discrepancies; and coordinating corrective actions to resolution. - Solid understanding of Fiscal Law - purpose, time, and amount. - Demonstrated ability to meet strict processing timelines (e.g., 48-hour processing requirements); and support compliance with financial management rules such as the Ten-Day Rule. - Experience maintaining auditable financial documentation and supporting audit readiness efforts. • Assess client financials, servicing calculations and credit policy across multiple lenders. • Prepare and submit loan applications in line with lender requirements and compliance standards. • Analyse supporting documentation including income verification, tax returns and business financials. • Structure loan scenarios and identify suitable lending options based on client circumstances. • Liaise with lenders, clients and other stakeholders throughout the application process. • Manage loan files from enquiry through to settlement. • Communicate with clients to gather documentation and provide updates throughout the process. • Maintain strong relationships with lenders and key stakeholders. • Ensure a smooth and professional client experience. • Manage operational tasks including valuations, pricing requests, audits and reporting. • Assist with documentation management and compliance requirements. • Support general business operations as the company grows. • Assist with preparing or creating social media content when required (desirable).

• The Health Coach telephonically outreach es our Medicare population to improve medication adherence and/or HEDIS diabetes and blood pressure control. • Providing education and addressing any barriers to adherence by utilizing the member's benefits. • This may include outreach to pharmacies and prescribers. • The Health Coach utilizes a collaborative process of assessment, planning, implementation, and coordination to engage, educate, and promote/influence members in decisions related to achieving and maintaining optimal health status. • Assessment of Members: Through motivational interviewing and the use of various tools, uses healthcare knowledge and experience of health risk behaviors to conduct evaluation of member's health status for either HEDIS health screening/control or Medication Adherence. • Develops a proactive course of action to address issues presented to enhance the short and long term health outcomes as well as opportunities to enhance a member’s overall wellness through integration.
