Senior Manager – Reproductive Healthcare

Upstream USA

• Support the design and execution of Upstream’s multi-year strategic planning process • Conduct market analysis and synthesize insights • Drive financial modeling and scenario planning • Define and track strategic performance • Prepare clear recommendations and presentations for leadership • Map and analyze the healthcare stakeholder landscape • Manage a structured innovation framework for sourcing ideas • Guide the strategic innovation process • Manage systems and processes for effective framework • Track and report on innovation projects and outcomes • Lead end-to-end project management for key projects • Adapt to organizational needs and take ownership of projects • Prepare high-quality reports and presentations • Represent the organization in selected external meetings

Job Requirements

  • 6-7+ years of professional experience in strategy, consulting, healthcare, or related fields
  • Demonstrated experience supporting multi-year strategy development
  • Proven expertise in quantitative strategy development, specifically in conducting Total Addressable Market (TAM) analyses and building dynamic growth curve models
  • Strong track record in scenario modeling and financial analysis for new ventures or innovation portfolios
  • Expert-level proficiency in financial and operational modeling (Excel/Google Sheets)
  • Experience synthesizing complex data sets
  • Experience designing or supporting an innovation process or framework
  • Experience with market research or consumer insight efforts
  • Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish
  • Experience preparing and presenting materials for executive-level stakeholders
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
  • Ability to remain focused, adaptable, and solution-oriented in challenges
  • Comfortable with an on-camera culture during meetings
