Role Description As an Account Growth Manager, you will play a central role in our expansion strategy, leveraging customer insights, outbound campaigns, and consultative conversations to drive meaningful growth within existing accounts. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to ensure customers maximize the value of the B2Gnow platform. Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end upsell cycles, including opportunity creation, discovery, proposal creation, negotiation, and closing. - Create and maintain a healthy pipeline of upsell opportunities and accurately forecast revenue. - Plan and execute outbound campaigns to drive customer engagement and generate leads for product add-ons. - Lead in-person and virtual product demonstrations that clearly communicate value and support customer decision-making. - Collaborate with Customer Success on business reviews and strategic conversations that uncover new opportunities. - Analyze existing accounts to identify upsell potential and recommend relevant solutions. - Partner with subject matter experts to create compelling, customer-centered campaign content. - Provide proactive product guidance to help customers realize maximum value from our platform. - Document processes, customer insights, and demo outcomes to support internal knowledge-sharing. - Represent B2Gnow at industry events and conferences, building relationships and staying current on industry trends. - Develop deep expertise in target industries to communicate effectively about customer challenges and needs. - Lead exploratory conversations to uncover business requirements and propose appropriate solutions. - Follow up on demos and proposals to ensure a smooth, professional customer experience. - Maintain accurate CRM documentation for visibility into pipeline activity, forecasting, and follow-up. - Travel 20–40% for client meetings, events, and conferences. - Perform other duties as assigned; adaptability is key in our growing organization. Qualifications - Demonstrated success in an upsell-focused software/SaaS sales role for at least three consecutive years, ideally within a startup or growing company. - A consultative, relationship-first sales approach. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Strategic thinking around customer needs and long-term account health. - Ability to run outbound campaigns and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously. - Curiosity, initiative, and a commitment to solving customer challenges. - Experience in SaaS, account growth, or customer-facing roles (strong plus). - Working knowledge of sales processes, pipeline management, and Salesforce. - Bachelor’s degree; or 2–3 years of relevant industry experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
