Must understand key technical concepts for CCaaS and Telecoms. • Develop detailed project plans aligned with the SOW. • Lead multiple projects concurrently. • Track action items and enforce accountability across stakeholders. • Identify and mitigate risks early. • Report on Project Financials, including revenue forecasting and recognition. • Lead post-project evaluations. • Communicate clearly and regularly with all stakeholders. • Foster a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Job Requirements

  • University/Bachelor’s degree, with PMP Certification
  • Minimum 5+ years of project management experience managing Cloud Transformation or CCaaS implementations within a Telecoms environment.
  • Proven track record managing multiple projects.
  • Comfortable working with technical teams.
  • Experience serving as the primary client contact.
  • Skilled in developing and maintaining detailed project plans.
  • Proactive in managing risks and escalations.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Proficient in MS Project, Jira, Asana, or Smartsheet.

Based in the U.S., the Project Manager (“PM”) must be familiar with all aspects of the development, construction, commissioning and operation of renewable energy projects (“projects”).
