Project Manager II (HLS) We are looking for a Project Manager II to help us support our continued growth.The Project Manager is responsible for leading a project’s delivery team through the successful delivery of all projects. Project Managers may be managing one or more client engagements at the same time. They manage Coastal Cloud resources and interface with client members to most effectively meet budget, delivery and customer satisfaction goals. They manage risks and resolve issues via regular status meetings with the project team and all stakeholders. The size of these engagements may range between $100,000 - $500,000, include up to two workstreams, and up to (10) team members. PMO Business Partner The PMO (Project Management Office) Business Partner is a detail-oriented leadership role responsible for ensuring that Coastal’s project management standards are executed with precision across specific market segments. Reporting to the Sr. Director, PMO, this role moves beyond theoretical governance to focus on the operational health of project delivery. You are responsible for ensuring that every project within your market adheres to the defined "Coastal Way," from initial scoping to final closeout. This leader serves as the bridge between PMO global standards and the day-to-day reality of project execution. By partnering with VPs of Delivery, you ensure that innovation pilots and strategic methodology changes are actually implemented at the project level. Your success is measured by the consistency of delivery, the accuracy of project data, and the seamless adoption of PMO playbooks by the delivery teams. Role Responsibilities: - Operationalize PMO Standards: In partnership with Market leadership, ensure the frameworks and standards defined by the PMO and PMO Tiger Team are fully operationalized at the market-level, ensuring every project team understands their tactical requirements. - Project Health Oversight: Conduct rigorous, detail-oriented "Project Health Checks" and audits to ensure compliance with Coastal’s delivery standards, financial targets, and risk management protocols. - Consistency Management: Ensure that all project managers within the market are utilizing standardized templates, reporting cadences, and toolsets (e.g., Salesforce, Smartsheets, etc.) with continually improving accuracy. - Execution Guardrails: Act as a supporting line of defense for delivery risks, providing tactical intervention and course correction when project-level execution drifts from the established methodology. - Feedback Loop Management: Capture granular, on-the-ground feedback regarding PMO tools and templates to inform continuous improvement of the global standard. - Resource Optimization: Work closely with VPs of Delivery, the Resource Manager, and other members of the People & Culture team to ensure project staffing aligns with both client needs and the operational requirements of the PMO framework. - Methodology Alignment: Ensure key steps and stages of methodology including True North, SNAP, QBRs, and other project lifecycle consulting methodologies are not just "suggested" but are mechanically integrated into the project schedules and milestones of every engagement. - Data Integrity: With Market-level leadership and PMO Performance Analyst, ensure regular reviews of market-level project data, including that financial forecasting, utilization rates, and margin tracking are documented with high precision and accuracy.
