Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in an outbound sales/business development role in a B2B environment
- Experience conducting extensive one-on-one qualifying meetings and calls with leads
- Exceptional business acumen, specifically regarding varying approaches to sales and marketing
- An experimental mindset, with the capacity to try things out and quickly discard or course-correct if necessary
- Experience using lead generation, engagement, and prospecting tools to find new leads and gather research on their interests, activity online, and pain points. Tools include Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, Salesforce, etc.
- Experience working with health benefits consultants

Role Description We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and qualifying inbound demand from Commercial accounts. This role serves as the first point of contact for prospective customers, ensuring timely engagement, effective qualification, and proper routing to Commercial Account Executives.
