Bilingual, Spanish Clinical Services Coordinator
Heartbeat Health
• You’re a heart hero! You’ll be at the center of a wide range of mission-critical initiatives, helping Heartbeat make rapid progress in the experiences we deliver and optimizing the supporting systems • Own all patient communication, including outreach, engagement, data entry into internal and external systems, scheduling, appointment coordination, pre-authorizations, and billing follow-up • Schedule virtual visits and outpatient procedures (such as stress tests, echocardiograms, and cardiac calcium scoring) with both Heartbeat and third parties • Discover and recommend better ways to communicate, connect, and build relationships with Heartbeat patients. Follow up with patients via email, phone, and/or text to drive patient engagement • Provide technical support and connection assistance to patients • Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information to prepare source data for reporting. Identify and correct deficiencies or errors in data, processes, and systems • Document customer and account data and generate standardized reports • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and risk mitigation • Execute policies that promote the best patient experience • Hours will be 9 am to 5 pm PST
Job Requirements
- 3+ years in a clinical or operational role supporting patient care
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Exceptional people skills and a GREAT communicator
- Capability to document detailed workflows and clearly communicate across stakeholders and functional teams on business requirements
- A team player with a high level of independence and proactivity
- Strong data and analytics skills with a track record of making savvy, data-driven decisions
- Passion for delivering an outstanding user experience
