• Deliver tailored product presentations and technical demonstrations tuned to the specific nature of potential Point and Pay clientele. • Provides consultative guidance to partners on system interfaces, technical design, and integration capabilities. • Analyzes the platform ecosystem to identify and resolve high-level technical problems for strategic clients, software partners, and integrated solutions. • Collaborate with internal product teams to support the launch of new features and pilot programs. • Maintains technical expertise in platform products to act as a subject matter expert for cross-functional stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience as a technical consultant, sales engineer, or solution engineer
  • Experience working within the SaaS, FinTech, Payments, and/or Government spaces
  • Intermediate knowledge of web/cloud-based technology stacks and data exchange formats
  • Ability to present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills within a platform ecosystem
  • Ability to translate the Point and Pay product set to a value proposition for our potential clients during sales calls
