Account Executive
ShipHawk
• Generate and close net-new business for ShipHawk’s WMS and TMS platform • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract • Lead consultative discovery with operations, logistics, and supply chain leaders • Build ROI-driven business cases around labor savings, shipping optimization, and operational efficiency • Navigate complex multi-stakeholder buying processes • Partner with Solution Consultants and Sales Engineers on demos and technical validation • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce • Develop deep expertise in warehouse operations, fulfillment workflows, and shipping optimization
Job Requirements
- 3–6+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Experience managing complex mid-market sales cycles
- Strong discovery, value-selling, and business case development skills
- Experience selling into supply chain, logistics, warehouse operations, or eCommerce (strongly preferred)
- Background selling WMS, TMS, ERP, OMS, or shipping technology (strongly preferred)
- Experience navigating technical sales cycles and integrations (strongly preferred)
- Familiarity with NetSuite, Acumatica, Microsoft Dynamics (nice to have)

The Provider Contracting Executive works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial. The Provider Contracting Executive communicates contract terms, payment structures, and reimbursement rates to providers. Analyzes financial impact of contracts and terms. Maintains contracts and documentation within a tracking system. May assist with identifying and recruiting providers based on network composition and needs.
