• Own outbound prospecting across email, phone, and social channels to generate new business opportunities • Research and qualify target accounts, identifying key decision-makers and influencers • Analyze prospect needs and align them with ShipHawk’s solutions • Schedule and set high-quality discovery meetings for Account Executives • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities • Educate prospects on ShipHawk’s WMS and shipping software solutions • Track all activity and pipeline in Salesforce • Test new messaging, sequences, and outbound strategies—then scale what works • Represent ShipHawk at trade shows, events, and networking opportunities as needed
• Own post-implementation relationships with customers operating WMS-driven fulfillment environments • Drive adoption and optimization of ShipHawk’s WMS and TMS workflows (order routing, picking/packing, shipping logic) • Lead discussions on warehouse operations, operator training, and success planning with a focus on warehouse processes • Conduct business reviews tied to operational KPIs (throughput, pick/pack efficiency, shipping cost optimization) • Proactively identify risks in customer operations and implement action plans to improve retention • Partner with Account Managers on renewals and expansion opportunities grounded in operational value • Act as the voice of the customer to Product and Engineering, especially around warehouse workflows and system integrations • Translate customer operational goals into measurable system outcomes • Analyze usage data and operational metrics to guide customer engagement

Role Description We are hiring a Senior Account Executive to drive new customer acquisition for ShipHawk’s Warehouse Management and Advanced Shipping platform. This is a full-cycle consultative SaaS sales role focused on mid-market supply chain operators, retailers, and fulfillment organizations. - Own deals from prospecting through close, working closely with Solution Consultants and Sales Engineers. - Ideal for someone who thrives selling mission-critical operations software and navigating multi-stakeholder buying groups across operations, IT, finance, and executive leadership. What You’ll Do - Generate and close net-new business for ShipHawk’s WMS and TMS platform. - Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract. - Lead consultative discovery with operations, logistics, and supply chain leaders. - Build ROI-driven business cases around labor savings, shipping optimization, and operational efficiency. - Navigate complex multi-stakeholder buying processes. - Partner with Solution Consultants and Sales Engineers on demos and technical validation. - Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce. - Develop deep expertise in warehouse operations, fulfillment workflows, and shipping optimization. Qualifications - 3–6+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets. - Experience managing complex mid-market sales cycles. - Strong discovery, value-selling, and business case development skills. Requirements - Experience selling into supply chain, logistics, warehouse operations, or eCommerce. - Background selling WMS, TMS, ERP, OMS, or shipping technology. - Experience navigating technical sales cycles and integrations. - Ability to sell into operations leaders, IT teams, and executive stakeholders. Nice to Have - Familiarity with NetSuite, Acumatica, Microsoft Dynamics, or Brightpearl. - Experience selling to 3PLs, retailers, or fulfillment operations. • Lead full-cycle WMS implementations for ShipHawk customers, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery. • Perform discovery to uncover detailed receiving, picking, packing, and shipping requirements across domestic and international operations. • Translate operational processes into ShipHawk workflows and configurations. • Write and execute SQL queries for data validation, troubleshooting, and integration support. • Identify gaps or enhancement opportunities and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to resolve them. • Recommend process improvements that help customers maximize ROI from ShipHawk. • Guide customers through user acceptance testing (UAT) and go-live readiness. • Maintain consistent communication with customer stakeholders and internal teams. • Transition customers seamlessly to the Support team post-implementation.
