• Responsible for growing Clear Touch business • Engage, drive interest and sell solutions to end users and reseller partners • Attend trade shows and conduct in person and online demonstrations • Develop and oversee customer relations campaigns • Participate in and improve upon in-house brand promotions • Engage with clients and follow up with prospects • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters • Build and maintain strong client relationships • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits • Ensure timely delivery of solutions according to customer needs • Communicate progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to stakeholders • Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas • Forecast and track key account metrics • Manage budget and reach or exceed monthly quota • Prepare reports on account status • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed • Attend events to promote company product

Job Requirements

  • BS/BA degree preferred, preferably in Business Administration, Management, Sales or other related fields
  • 5 year of sales experience
  • Ability to travel 30%
  • Demonstrable ability to present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive level management
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
