Job Requirements
- Certified Black Belt with extensive experience in Lean Six Sigma
- 5+ years of experience and proven track record of leading successful process improvement projects that deliver verified results
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and change management skills
- Ability to mentor and train others in Six Sigma methodologies
- Experience in Insurance, Finance, related fields (preferred)
- Advanced degree in STEM, Business, or related field (preferred)
- Master Black Belt Certification (preferred)
