• Lead all aspects of the Record-To-Report (RTR) domain within the SAP S/4HANA landscape. • Take full ownership of the functional and technical delivery from design through deployment. • Proactively engage with SI partners and business users to clarify requirements, identify risks, and resolve issues before they escalate. • Lead end-to-end System Integration Testing (SIT) and ensure clear accountability of SI team members. • Provide ongoing direction to internal and external teams, ensuring project progress and proper documentation. • Establish and enforce strong quality gates and implement structured code review processes. • Develop and oversee comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and delivery milestones. • Serve as the key liaison between SI partners, business stakeholders, and internal IT teams.

• Manage the weekly and monthly complexities related to client cash reconciliations, ensuring accuracy across sales, payments, and supply cost data on a global scale. • Lead the design and implementation of enhancements in Excel, Tableau, and other ERP tools to transition manual processes into scalable, automated workflows. • Oversee the reconciliation of payment processors settled cash against global bank balances, managing multi-currency complexities and FX strategies. • Manage the onboarding of new clients, currencies, and international sales territories, ensuring the FinOps team is equipped to handle rapid growth. • Develop and maintain advanced financial models to support the cash reconciliation processes as well as work with our product team to automate these models outside of excel.

• Independently manage month-end closing processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting** • Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable functions with high attention to detail and accountability** • Communicate effectively with Mexican clients in Spanish and U.S. clients in English to maintain strong business relationships** • Collaborate with junior accountant to optimize workflow distribution and provide backup coverage during planned absences** • Cross-train across various finance functions to enhance team flexibility and operational continuity
