Finance Manager – Professional Services
Veeva
• Serve as a key finance business partner to SVP Services and provide thought leadership to the Services leadership team in the planning / forecasting across revenue, spend, profit & billings • Lead the annual planning and quarterly forecasting processes for Professional Services, including complex modeling and sensitivity analysis; Own the consolidation of the Global Services organizational financials • Review, revise, and develop new analysis / KPI’s to ensure they provide deep insights and predictability into Professional Services financial performance • Build, develop and work with the Services FP&A team to drive operational excellence with consistent process improvement and automation • Oversee Professional Services variable compensation plans, ensuring alignment to goals, accurate accruals and a customer service-oriented mindset to resolve exceptions
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of applicable work experience in finance/accounting, specifically within an FP&A business partnership role
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a business related major
- Strong analytical skills combined with ability to communicate clearly and succinctly in presentations to multiple levels of the organization
- High level of proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong project management skills to lead multiple priorities across the organization to drive improvements
