Senior Manager, Enterprise Applications – Finance Systems, SAP CoE

• Lead all aspects of the Record-To-Report (RTR) domain within the SAP S/4HANA landscape. • Take full ownership of the functional and technical delivery from design through deployment. • Proactively engage with SI partners and business users to clarify requirements, identify risks, and resolve issues before they escalate. • Lead end-to-end System Integration Testing (SIT) and ensure clear accountability of SI team members. • Provide ongoing direction to internal and external teams, ensuring project progress and proper documentation. • Establish and enforce strong quality gates and implement structured code review processes. • Develop and oversee comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and delivery milestones. • Serve as the key liaison between SI partners, business stakeholders, and internal IT teams.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in SAP Finance/RTR within S/4HANA environments, preferably with Big 4 consulting or enterprise implementation background.
- Proven leadership experience managing global SAP projects in high-volume ecommerce or logistics-driven industries.
- Strong understanding of SAP and Enterprise Finance process integration across tax, pricing, rebates, logistics, Returns, Credit/Debit memos, Retail Order Payments Processing, WMS, and OTC.
- Experience managing SI delivery (onshore/offshore), including SLA adherence, scope control, and governance.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, CPIM, SAP S/4HANA Functional Certification preferred.
