Regional Vice President, Partner Leader

• Provide clear strategic direction for all Anthropic-related go-to-market activities in the region, aligning Sales, Account Leaders, Solutions, and Marketing to shared goals. • Establish and reinforce a high-accountability, high-collaboration culture around the Anthropic partnership, ensuring roles, responsibilities, and expectations are well-defined. • Coach and enable regional sales and account teams on how to position Anthropic, when to bring them into deals, and how to co-create value for clients. • Partner with Talent Acquisition, L&D, and People teams to ensure we have the right mix of field, solution, and delivery talent to support Anthropic-driven opportunities. • Serve as the primary executive owner for the Anthropic relationship within the region, maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with Anthropic’s sales, alliances, marketing, and product leaders. • Co-create and execute a joint regional business plan with Anthropic, including revenue targets, focus industries, hero use cases, and territory/account alignment. • Lead joint account mapping, pipeline reviews, and QBRs with Anthropic to identify net-new opportunities, expansion plays, and multi-threaded executive relationships. • Ensure phData is positioned as a go-to services and implementation partner for Anthropic, including representation in partner directories, sales plays, and field communities. • Bring structured field feedback (market signals, competitive dynamics, customer needs) back to both Anthropic and internal leadership to influence roadmap, offers, and investment decisions.

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise software, cloud, AI, or consulting, including 5+ years leading multi-level, field-facing teams.
  • Demonstrated success building and scaling strategic technology partnerships (e.g., hyperscalers, AI/ML platforms, or major ISVs), ideally including AI foundation model providers.
  • Deep understanding of the AI, cloud, and data ecosystem, with the ability to credibly engage Anthropic, cloud partners, and C-level customer stakeholders on strategy and value.
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets through ecosystem-led growth, co-selling, and joint go-to-market programs.
  • Exceptional executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders across customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Strong operational discipline, including experience with pipeline management, partner governance, forecasting, and repeatable sales processes.
  • Demonstrated success leading through influence in a matrixed environment, aligning Sales, Partnerships, Solutions, Delivery, and Marketing around shared partner objectives.
  • Commitment to building inclusive, high-trust, high-performance teams, with a track record of developing talent and creating clear career paths.
  • Ability to travel up to 40%.

Experience at specialty finance or lending institutions is a plus. - BA/BS required; CFA or comparable certifications strongly preferred. - Deep knowledge of structured finance products and markets, particularly in the consumer space. - Proven experience executing corporate unsecured financing transactions. - Advanced financial modeling skills, including framework development, validation, governance, integration, and automation. - Strong background in interest rate derivatives, FX risk management, reporting, stress testing, and collateral requirements. - Familiarity with asset-liability management, corporate capital structure optimization, FX and interest rate risk management, and SNL. - Demonstrated success establishing robust Treasury processes and implementing Treasury management systems (e.g., GTreasury).
