• Define the end‑to‑end API product strategy that powers agent-facing products. • Establish clear API product requirements, business rules, technical acceptance criteria, and data contracts. • Lead initiatives that drive member activation, including digital onboarding journeys, personalized outreach, rewards programs, PCP selection workflows, cost transparency tools, and preventive care nudges. • Ensure all APIs align with CMS Interoperability and Patient Access rules, FHIR R4+, and HIPAA security requirements. • Work closely with engineering, architecture, data, and DevOps to deliver performance, scalable API services. • Monitor API performance, enhancement (latency, reliability, error rates, adoption) and member activation KPIs (engagement, retention, conversion).
Job Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience with API or platform product leadership.
- Working knowledge of healthcare insurance operations, including enrollment, vendor relationship, member activation initiatives.
- Track record driving engagement, activation, or digital health experience initiatives.
- Experience launching cross‑functional digital initiatives in an agile environment.
- Experience communicating complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences with the ability to translate between technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
