Join ShopMy – Powering the Future of Digital Marketing ShopMy is revolutionizing the future of e-commerce by building the infrastructure for human-led curation at scale. ShopMy enables brands to launch and scale high-impact, performance-driven creator programs, while empowering the most influential creators to monetize their influence and partner directly with the brands they love. Through this operating system, ShopMy powers consumers to discover and buy the world's best products through premium brands, culture-driving tastemakers, and authentic human curation. ShopMy recently became a unicorn, raising at a $1.5B valuation with backing from Bessemer Venture Partners, Avenir Growth Capital, and Bain Capital Ventures. If you’re excited to help shape the future of curated commerce at the intersection of technology, culture, and taste, we’d love to meet you. About the Role We're hiring a Senior Product Manager to focus on the Brand experience at ShopMy. You'll be the second Product Manager on the team. The Brand side of ShopMy is where revenue is generated and partnerships come to life. Brands use ShopMy to discover creators, manage gifting programs, run paid collaborations, track attribution, and measure ROI across their creator marketing spend. Your job is to make the brand experience so powerful and intuitive that ShopMy becomes indispensable to every brand's creator marketing strategy. You'll own surfaces of the brand-facing product, such as: discovery and search, gifting workflows, campaign management, analytics and reporting, and the daily tools that help brand teams operate at scale. This is not a role where you write requirements and hand them off. You will take unclear signals - from brand feedback, sales conversations, usage data, and the market - and turn them into concrete product ideas. Then you will see those ideas through until they are live in production and changing real behavior. What We're Looking For We need someone who embodies three qualities: You are a full-stack builder. You think in complete systems. You can design the flow, reason through the architecture, and understand how data moves. You arrive with something real - rough wireframes, a concrete proposal with sharp scope and tradeoffs - so that Engineering and Design can react, improve, and ship. When you do this well, execution accelerates because translation is no longer required. You are a creative. You understand that great product doesn't emerge in a straight line. You're comfortable sitting in ambiguity long enough to find something genuinely good, but not so long that nothing ships. You know when to open up possibilities and when to collapse them into something real. You create space when it's needed and apply pressure when it's time to get a a project over the line. You are a sleuth. The organization will hand you noise - feature requests from brand partners, sales team asks, competitor moves, partial diagnoses. You assume what you're hearing is filtered, incomplete, or slightly wrong. You read between the lines, apply trained product judgment, and uncover the real problem worth solving. You don't take things at face value. You do the work to find the truth underneath. What You’ll Do - Own key brand-facing product surface - such as creator discovery, gifting, campaign management, analytics, attribution, and reporting - Diagnose real problems from organizational noise: brand feedback, sales team signals, CS escalations, usage data, and competitive intelligence - Shape creative solutions with clear flows, rough wireframes, and concrete proposals that make the idea unmistakable to Engineering and Design - Ship real product into production and stay close through the final mile - you care how the feature actually behaves, where it breaks, how it performs - Partner deeply with Engineering, Design, UXR, and Data to move from signal to shipped product at high velocity - Work closely with ShopMy’s Brand Growth and Client Strategy teams to understand the brand buyer's world - their workflows, pain points, and how they measure success - Manage the balance between major roadmap bets and the continuous stream of iterative improvements that compound into a world-class product What Success Looks Like You judge yourself by what is live in production. Ideas, documents, designs, and prototypes are inputs to the work, not the work itself. Until something is running in production and changing behavior, the job is not finished. Success is not measured by how quickly work moves through phases, how many meetings are run, or how polished the intermediate artifacts appear. Real product work is recursive. You know when to slow down to shape the right solution and when to push to get it into users' hands. The only reliable signal of success is a product that exists in production and makes the company better. What You Bring - 5+ years of product management experience, with meaningful time shipping B2B or marketplace products - ideally in marketing tech, advertising platforms, or brand tools - Demonstrated ability to take ambiguous problems and turn them into shipped solutions - not just specs or decks - Strong design instinct: you can sketch flows, critique interfaces, and reason about UX without waiting for a designer to go first - Technical fluency: you understand how systems are built, can reason about APIs and data models, and can have substantive conversations with engineers - Deep understanding of how brands think about creator marketing, influencer partnerships, attribution, and ROI - Experience operating in a fast-moving, small-team environment where ownership is real and accountability is high - A portfolio or track record of products you personally shaped and shipped, not just managed - Bonus: experience working closely with sales and CS teams to translate commercial feedback into product direction Why ShopMy - You'll be the second PM hire, with direct influence over how the product organization scales - You'll be a key player in a critical vertical with real autonomy - You'll work alongside a team that treats product as a craft and holds each other to a high bar - You'll ship constantly - we measure success by what's in production In compliance with New York Pay Transparency Law, the salary range for this position is as shown. We note that salary information as a general guideline only, actual compensation may vary from posting based on the offer for this role, including the scope and responsibilities of the position, relevant work experience, key skills, education, training and business considerations.
