Law Firm Operations & Support Associate

PERSUIT

• Lead and manage onboarding for law firms joining the platform • Build strong relationships with law firm contacts across IT, operations, and legal leadership • Configure law firm setups and ensure accurate, timely data delivery • Respond to and resolve inbound support tickets across the Apperio and PERSUIT platforms • Identify opportunities to improve onboarding processes, documentation, and workflows • Work closely with Delivery, Product, Engineering, and Client Experience teams to resolve issues

Job Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Comfortable working with data, systems, and technology platforms
  • Experience using tools like Excel for organizing or analyzing data; familiarity with SQL or other data tools is a plus
  • Experience working with external stakeholders or clients, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Interest in legal operations, legal technology, SaaS, or client delivery environments is a plus
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn new systems, processes, and tools

The Manager – CAT Hail at Dent Wizard is responsible for overseeing and managing catastrophe (CAT) hail repair operations, ensuring seamless coordination among Dealerships, Body Shops, insurance companies, and repair teams. This role involves leading large-scale hail-damage response efforts, optimizing operational efficiency, and ensuring quality control in vehicle hail-repair processes. Key Responsibilities: Operational Management - Lead and manage large-scale hail catastrophe (CAT) response operations for vehicles. - Develop and implement efficient repair processes that ensure quality and compliance with industry standards. - Oversee the logistics and deployment of technicians, equipment, and materials for hail-damage repairs. - Coordinate with insurance adjusters, dealerships, and repair facilities to streamline claims and repair workflows. - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency, productivity, and profitability. Team Leadership & Workforce Management - Recruit, train, and manage a team of hail repair specialists, paintless dent repair (PDR) technicians, and support staff. - Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards for all field and repair operations. - Develop training programs to enhance team skills and stay ahead of evolving hail repair techniques. OEM & Client Relations - Serve as the primary liaison between Dealerships, Body Shops, insurance providers, and service centers. - Negotiate contracts and service agreements with customers and suppliers to ensure cost-effective operations. - Maintain strong relationships with clients, dealerships, and partners to ensure customer satisfaction. Financial & Compliance Oversight - Develop budgets and cost estimates for CAT hail repair projects to ensure financial efficiency. - Implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability while maintaining service quality. - Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding hail damage repair and insurance claims. Technology & Process Improvement - Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to assess performance and improve operational strategies. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce repair turnaround times. Account Management - Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with current customers (QBR) - Develop and manage strong relationships with top customers within the Division in partnership with Operations - Collaborate with Dealer Tire sales partners - Proactively identify opportunities and provide solutions that address customer needs. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Automotive Technology, or a related field (preferred). - 4+ years of experience in catastrophe hail repair operations, automotive repair management, or a related field. - Strong understanding of repair standards, insurance claims processes, and hail damage assessment. - Proven leadership experience in managing large teams in fast-paced environments. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage relationships with Dealership, Body Shops, insurers, and repair teams. - Ability to analyze data, create reports, and implement operational improvements. - Proficiency in industry-related software and technology, including estimating software (CCC, Audatex, Mitchell). - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, especially in high-pressure situations. Other Duties as Assigned Physical Job Requirements - Continuous viewing from and inputting data to a computer screen - Ability to work in office, outside, and manufacturing environments as needed. - Travel may be required up to 80% - This position is primarily sedentary and requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time.
