• Working closely with stakeholders to understand business and advance solutions • Supporting Customer Support, Sales Enablement, and Product Marketing in digital strategies • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and propose digital strategy • Overseeing a backlog that aligns with available engineering capacity • Leading Agile ceremonies and collaboration meetings with technology teams • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to support product and program optimizations

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
  • 4 years of professional work experience in a corporate environment
  • 3 years in digital product management, content management, web design, and publishing, member/relationship database marketing campaigns
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office M365 and SharePoint
  • Must be a team player, organized, and able to handle multiple projects
