ComPsych
• Own and manage the overall customer satisfaction and retention of many of ComPsych’s customers • Meet goals of client retention and account growth by meeting customer satisfaction rating metrics and identifying upsell opportunities • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of your customers' business, human capital, and benefits concerns • Appropriately position ComPsych's value proposition with beneficial solutions to meet your customers' needs • Provide project management, communication strategy development, internal staff training, and customer staff training to newly implemented accounts • Establish a strong relationship with your clients • Investigate, track, and resolve customer and client concerns • Prepare utilization related analysis and trend reports to evaluate and proactively recommend improvements • Establish and build strong working relationships with ComPsych’s business leaders and team members • Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred
- Strong experience providing strategic account management to accounts required
- Account management experience in insurance, benefits, healthcare, or human resources-related services required
- Proven track record of successfully selling additional service lines to current customers
- Project management, critical thinking skills, and strong attention to detail required
- Stable work history required
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite required; CRM experience a plus
- Travel as necessary to meet with new and existing customers (approximate travel could be up to 25%)

Primary responsibilities include: - This role revolves around relationship building, idea generation, strategic business discussions, risk management, credit structuring, industry observations, and other matters of elevated importance. - Manage a portfolio of credit and non-credit relationships of varying size and complexity. - Must be able to identify opportunities that will solve the client’s needs and importantly, articulate the Bank’s full capabilities and interact at the CEO/Owner level to conduct strategic level conversations. - Incumbent is responsible for active market coverage of prospective clients to achieve new client acquisition goals to generate new and incremental margin and fee-based revenue from both credit and non-credit ancillary product sales, including capital markets products and services offered by the Bank. - The RM must be highly experienced in credit matters, able to read, interpret, and understand financial statements and credit issues quickly, and capable of strategic thinking to add value to a diverse set of companies within the portfolio. - Both delegate and work closely and effectively with the Portfolio Management team to proactively serve the needs of the clients, while expanding the relationships and growing the overall portfolio. Qualifications Required Skills/Experience: - Possess a minimum of 10+ years of relevant industry experience. - Must exhibit a history of competency and success in soliciting, selling, developing, servicing, and structuring a wide range of secured and unsecured commercial financings, including complex transactions. - Must be able to handle difficult and sensitive client relationships and capable of handling tough negotiations, both to win the deal and to legally document the transaction. - Should be an independent thinker and self-starter with strong sales skills and excellent credit skills. - Highly skilled in financial modeling and able to appropriately structure credit in a modeling environment. - Must be able to independently assess business risk, taking into consideration capital structures and industry nuances as applicable. - Capable of actively planning, organizing, and managing a deal team, consisting of applicable product partners, to determine value-added approaches to clients and potential clients. - Will require highly developed communication skills and the ability to influence others by persuasively presenting thoughts and ideas to gain commitment and agreement for proposed ideas and solutions. - Must be a good Team player, enthusiastic, resilient, energetic, and of high character.
