• Data Vendor Management: Run end-to-end vendor evaluation and onboarding processes. Coordinate vendor discovery calls, lead internal data quality assessments alongside our Data Management team (coverage analysis, validation checks, missing field audits), support commercial negotiation, manage contract execution, and own the ongoing vendor relationship, including regular data quality cadences and remediation when issues arise. • Cross-Functional Coordination: Manage operational aspects of content licensing and data acquisition, including partner communications, contract coordination, and ingestion handoff. Coordinate evaluation and intake of external data sources in partnership with Product and Data teams. Support ongoing data partner relationships to ensure data quality, cadence, continuity, and adherence to agreed standards. • Venture Program Operations: Drive activation and engagement across the Crunchbase Venture Program. Develop relationships with top-tier VC and accelerator partners to increase active data contributions. Process new member applications, design and manage partner benefits (promo codes, portfolio discounts, CB Daily features), and identify opportunities to expand programming that keeps firms engaged and contributing. • Accelerator & Ecosystem Partnerships: Manage inbound and outbound relationships with accelerators, incubators, and startup investment platforms. Set up promotional programs, coordinate co-marketing, and serve as the primary point of contact for ecosystem partner inquiries. • Cross-Functional Coordination: Work across Product, Engineering, Data Management, Legal, and Marketing to move partnership initiatives from agreement to live outcome. Manage timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder communication. • Partner Operations & Documentation: Maintain partner records, program documentation, and reporting. Support contract coordination, compliance tracking, and data quality cadences with active partners. Maintain and improve partner-facing documentation, onboarding guides, FAQs, and execution playbooks. • Pipeline & Evaluation Support: Help identify and assess new data and ecosystem partnership opportunities. Conduct initial diligence, prepare recommendations, and support leadership in prioritizing the partner pipeline.

• Build and lead the Financial Crimes Operations function — design the operating model, workflows, policies, and procedures for AML and fraud investigations from scratch, with an eye toward scalability • Develop and own the investigations program — establish case management processes, escalation frameworks, and quality standards for investigations into money laundering, fraud, terrorist financing, elder abuse, and other illicit activity • Drive strategic improvements to transaction monitoring — move beyond reactive rule-tuning to proactively identify gaps, propose new typologies specific to crypto and cross-border payment flows, and work cross-functionally with product and engineering to improve detection capabilities • Ensure regulatory excellence — oversee the timely and thorough filing of Suspicious Activity Reports with FinCEN, and maintain accountability for the program's overall compliance posture across domestic and international jurisdictions • Build a forward-looking vendor and tooling strategy — evaluate, select, and manage third-party fraud and AML vendors and actively explore how emerging AI and machine learning tools can augment detection, investigation, and reporting workflows; you're not just procuring software, you're designing a tech-forward financial crimes stack • Operate efficiently at scale — find creative ways to punch above your weight with a lean team, using automation, AI-assisted triage, and smart process design to maximize coverage without sacrificing quality • Hire and mentor investigators — as the function grows, recruit, onboard, and develop junior investigators and analysts, building a high-performing team • Serve as a key cross-functional partner — work closely with Legal, Product, Engineering, and Customer Operations to embed financial crimes risk considerations into product decisions and operational processes

PMO Director / Program Operations Provides senior-level operational leadership and coordination for complex state or federally funded health transformation initiatives. Responsible for managing day-to-day program execution across grant administration, procurement support, financial monitoring, reporting, compliance tracking, technical assistance coordination, and stakeholder engagement. Establishes and maintains integrated project schedules, risk registers, action logs, and documentation workflows to ensure timely, organized, and compliant delivery of program activities. Coordinates cross-functional workstreams supporting procurement lifecycle activities (e.g., RFIs, RFPs, contract tracking), subrecipient onboarding, deliverable monitoring, and recurring reporting requirements. Oversees onboarding of new team members and establishes structured processes for training, documentation standards, workflow integration, and role clarity across workstreams. Ensures staff understand compliance expectations, reporting cycles, and governance processes. Monitors operational risks, identifies pacing or compliance concerns, and escalates issues to senior leadership as appropriate. Oversees preparation of recurring and ad hoc reports for state agencies and federal partners, ensuring documentation is consistent, defensible, and audit-ready. Supervises analysts and coordinators, maintaining quality control standards and reinforcing disciplined execution across workstreams. Supports rapid startup environments and high-volume implementation periods requiring structured coordination and strong internal controls. Up to 25% travel may be required. Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in public health, health policy, health administration, public administration, public policy, business administration, economics, or related field required.
