Experienced Hire Recruiter
KSM (Katz, Sapper & Miller)
• Collaborating closely with Hiring Managers and the Director of Talent Acquisition to drive end-to-end recruitment for experienced hires across various office locations. • Identifying, attracting, and securing top talent within public accounting, including tax, audit, and advisory professionals. • Leading the end-to-end recruitment process for experienced accounting professionals, ensuring seamless and high-quality candidate experience. • Proactively engaging passive candidates through innovative strategies. • Cultivating trusted partnerships with internal stakeholders. • Promoting the firm’s employer brand through strategic outreach, relationship management, and consistent representation of firm culture and values.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
- 5 years of progressive recruiting experience, ideally within public accounting or professional services.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing, assessing, and closing high-performing tax professionals.
- Track record of filling tax roles in public accounting (a plus)
- Strong understanding of talent market dynamics in public accounting
- Proficiency with Workday (preferred) and other ATS/sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strategic thinker with exceptional organization, prioritization, and follow-through abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, with flexibility of hours during peak seasons.
