Pay: $19 - $23 per hour DOE Location: Onsite, Boca Raton, FL or Remote for some locations Position Summary To support the core business by efficiently managing routing and scheduling operations for the existing customer base, ensuring timely service delivery and customer satisfaction by performing the following function. Essential Duties - Develop and execute routing plans for existing customers, focusing on accuracy and timeliness. - Adjust schedules to accommodate changes, cancellations, or special requests, minimizing service disruptions. - Work closely with customer service, and operations teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment on customer needs. - Provide real-time updates to relevant parties on routing changes or delays. - Maintain accurate records of routes, schedules, and service activities. - Analyze routing data to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements. - Respond to inquiries and concerns from existing customers regarding scheduling and service delivery. - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing issues promptly and professionally. - Participate in regular reviews of routing processes to identify opportunities for enhancement. - Suggest and help implement strategies to optimize route efficiency and reduce costs. - Ensure all routing and scheduling activities comply with company policies and industry standards. - Generate and present reports on routing performance metrics to management as required. - Collaborate with other routing team members to balance workloads and meet deadlines. - Assist in training new team members and sharing best practices. Requirements To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus. - Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the pest control or related industry. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. - Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. - Proficiency in using software, databases, and standard office tools. - Knowledge of common pests, pest control methods, and products is desirable. - Empathetic and patient approach to effectively handle customer concerns. - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. - Route Scheduling: 2 years (Preferred) - Ability to pass required background screen Equal Employment Opportunity: ProForce Pest Control is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
