We’re looking for a Psychiatrist licensed in California to join one of our Community Mental Health Clinic (CMHC) partners in an outpatient setting, treating adolescents & adult patients. This role offers the flexibility to work 20-40 hours per week and the support of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team so you can focus on delivering impactful care. You'll work with experts in psychiatry, neurology, and psychology, supported by a robust administrative team, allowing you to focus on patient care. About the Role: - Setting: 100% Remote | California based outpatient clinic - CMHC - Schedule: 20–40 hrs/wk | Within Mon (8–5), Tues/Weds/Thurs (8–7) | Friday coverage needed (8–2) - Primary Diagnoses: Adolescents and adults with moderate acuity, including conditions such as depression, anxiety, and trauma. Seeking a provider comfortable treating a broad range of diagnoses. - Patient Population: This role primarily serves a Native population; experience working with this community is strongly preferred. This is a trauma-rich population where historical, ancestral, and multigenerational trauma are important considerations in care. - Appointment Times: 60-90 minutes for initial visits, 30 minutes for follow-ups. - We are seeking a trauma-informed provider who is excited to collaborate with and learn from an on-site care team while delivering care remotely. Qualifications: - Completion of a 4-year ACGME-accredited Psychiatry residency. - Active California medical license is required. - Availability for 20-40 hours per week during PST hours. - Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels. - Telehealth experience preferred (experience using NextGen a plus!) - Must reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory.
