Overview Sr. IT Project Manager: Remote (U.S.) Reports to: VP of Business Enablement About the role: EIM is searching for a skilled Senior IT Project Manager to oversee enterprise projects from beginning to end. The Senior IT Project Manager will collaborate with both internal teams and external partners, including the company's IT managed services provider. Key responsibilities involve managing project plans and resources, as well as leading activities such as training, requirements meetings, and testing. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience with large-scale system migrations and thrive under tight deadlines. They should possess strong skills in risk identification and offer well-considered mitigation recommendations, as well as demonstrate confidence in addressing potential obstacles that may adversely affect project outcomes. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities - Project Leadership: Lead and manage multiple IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives. - Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans that define scope, establish milestones, and outline tasks for execution. Manage all phases of the project lifecycle from initiation to closure. - Team Coordination: Assemble and manage project teams, including developers, engineers, and analysts. Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure successful execution. - Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenditure, and conduct financial forecasting to ensure completion within approved costs. - Risk Management: Identify, assess, and document potential project risks, implementing mitigation strategies to minimize their impact. - Stakeholder Communication: Establish and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders. Provide regular status updates and reports to management and team members. - Quality Assurance: Work closely with Business Analysts and Development teams to implement quality assurance processes to verify that all project deliverables meet required specifications and standards. - Change Management: Creating strategies for implementing changes, including communication and training plans. Engage with stakeholders and team members to ensure needs and concerns are addressed. Identify and address resistance to change through monitoring and support. Tracking progress of change and where adjustments need to be made. Qualifications Required Qualifications - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Experience in higher education is required. - Experience: At least 5-7 years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects. - Extensive experience with technologies commonly used in Higher Education, such as Student Information Systems, Salesforce, and the Canvas LMS. - Certifications: Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner), or ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) are preferred.

This role oversees the entire project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while exceeding customer expectations. The Technical Project Manager demands a strong understanding of technology, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively bridge the gap between technical teams and stakeholders. Role Description Kasisto is seeking a skilled and versatile Technical Project Manager to work with customers on the implementation of agentic applications for financial services. This role will include extensive customer communications as well as development of tools to accelerate implementation and integration with customer systems as part of the end-to-end production solution.
