Role Description Reporting to the VPs of National PFS & Financial Clearance, the Director of Regional Revenue Cycle will be responsible for overseeing all financial clearance and billing activities for Confluent Health, the implementation of policies and procedures, management of front-end, and back-end billing operations, and supervision of the Financial Clearance and PFS Managers. This individual directs and oversees the overall procedures, objectives, and initiatives of the organization’s revenue cycle activities to optimize the patient financial interaction along the care continuum. They will lead initiatives that review, design, and implement processes surrounding: - Authorization - Insurance verification - Billing - Third party payer relationships - Collections - Other financial analyses This individual will track and monitor numerous metrics related to the revenue cycle including: - Record insurance verification rates - Billing turnaround times The Director will manage relations with payers and providers to generate high reimbursement rates and a low level of denials. The Regional Revenue Cycle Director creates functional strategies and specific objectives and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure of the Brands and Centralized Billing Offices. Overview Vice President, Learning Design & Technology The Vice President, Learning Design & Technology (LDT) provides senior leadership for Evidence In Motion’s instructional design, educational technology, and content production ecosystem. Reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer and serving as a member of EIM’s Senior Leadership Team, the Vice President leads within a highly matrixed organization and ensures that Learning Design, Educational Technology, and LDT Operations function as a single, integrated, outcome-driven system aligned to University Partner commitments, academic quality standards, and enterprise priorities. The Clinical Education Specialist will play a pivotal role in the success of ElMs mission. The person in this position will work closely with internal departments, clinical sites and University Partners (UP). The ideal candidate will help foster successful clinical education experiences for EIM UP students. Overview Sr. IT Project Manager: Remote (U.S.) Reports to: VP of Business Enablement About the role: EIM is searching for a skilled Senior IT Project Manager to oversee enterprise projects from beginning to end. The Senior IT Project Manager will collaborate with both internal teams and external partners, including the company's IT managed services provider. Key responsibilities involve managing project plans and resources, as well as leading activities such as training, requirements meetings, and testing. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience with large-scale system migrations and thrive under tight deadlines. They should possess strong skills in risk identification and offer well-considered mitigation recommendations, as well as demonstrate confidence in addressing potential obstacles that may adversely affect project outcomes. Qualifications Key Qualifications - Required: - Doctoral degree in a relevant field (PhD, EdD, DPT, OTD, DNP, or related). - Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience in accreditation, regulatory compliance, assessment, or academic quality assurance. - At least 5 years of senior-level leadership experience overseeing complex, multi-program or enterprise-level accreditation functions. - Demonstrated expertise with healthcare programmatic accreditors (e.g., CAPTE, ACOTE, ARC-PA, CCNE, CAA, ABPTRFE). - Experience supporting or overseeing institutional accreditation and multi-state regulatory compliance. - Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage risk, and drive strategic initiatives in complex partnership environments. - Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and executive-level relationship-building skills. - Preferred: - Experience in hybrid or accelerated healthcare education models and/or OPM partnership environments. - Experience overseeing accreditation or regulatory compliance across multiple disciplines. - Familiarity with academic analytics and assessment platforms (e.g., Enflux, Power BI, LMS analytics).

Overview Web Developer, Digital Experience Department: Marketing Reports To: Manager, SEO & Digital Experience Scope: Web development, technical SEO, and digital experience optimization across EIM Role Summary The Web Developer, Digital Experience is responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing EIM’s marketing and program web experiences to support discoverability, performance, accessibility, and conversion. This role focuses on the technical foundation of EIM’s digital ecosystem, ensuring websites and landing experiences are fast, reliable, SEO-friendly, and integrated with marketing and analytics platforms. Working closely with SEO, Analytics, Marketing Communications, Creative, and Product Marketing teams, this role translates designs and requirements into high-quality, scalable digital experiences that support acquisition, engagement, and enrollment outcomes across EIM’s businesses. Responsibilities Starting Pay $86,000 This is a remote position. Key Responsibilities Web Development & Digital Experience - Develop, maintain, and optimize marketing websites, microsites, and landing pages across EIM and university partner properties - Translate designs from Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud into responsive, accessible, production-ready web experiences - Ensure consistent application of front-end standards, components, and patterns - Support UX/UI improvements that enhance usability, clarity, and conversion Technical SEO & Performance Optimization - Implement and maintain technical SEO best practices in collaboration with SEO and Analytics teams - Optimize page speed, performance, and Core Web Vitals across web properties - Ensure proper indexing, crawlability, and structured markup where applicable - Monitor site health and proactively identify performance or SEO-related issues Accessibility & Quality Standards - Ensure web experiences meet accessibility standards (WCAG) and usability best practices - Perform QA to validate functionality, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility - Maintain high standards for accuracy, stability, and technical quality Systems Integration & Marketing Technology - Integrate web experiences with CRM, analytics, and marketing automation platforms - Support complex integrations with enterprise systems, including Salesforce - Ensure accurate form functionality, tracking, and data capture - Partner with Marketing Operations to support attribution, lifecycle, and reporting needs Design Systems & Front-End Standards - Contribute to implementation and maintenance of design systems, including components, templates, and reusable patterns - Apply design tokens and front-end standards to support scalability and consistency - Collaborate with designers to ensure feasibility, fidelity, and performance in implementation Collaboration & Project Support - Collaborate with SEO, Analytics, Product Marketing, Lifecycle, and Creative teams on digital initiatives - Support site updates, launches, and optimization initiatives tied to campaigns and programs - Provide technical guidance during planning, testing, and execution phases - Maintain clear documentation and organized development workflows Qualifications Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Web Development, Computer Science, Design, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience - 3+ years of experience in web development supporting marketing, acquisition, or digital experience teams - Proficiency with content management systems such as WordPress and Webflow - Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript - Experience with hosting, performance, and security platforms such as Cloudflare - Experience integrating websites with CRM, analytics, and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce preferred) - Proficiency with design and collaboration tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud - Strong understanding of technical SEO, accessibility standards, and performance optimization - Experience contributing to or maintaining design systems, templates, and reusable components - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
