Claim Specialist
DayDream | The Future of Dental Billing
• Submit claims accurately and completely with all required attachments and documentation • Post insurance payments with speed and accuracy in accordance with the received EOB • Follow up on outstanding claims to reduce claim aging • Handle denials and appeals professionally and efficiently, interpreting EOBs and rejection codes • Collaborate with our software engineering team to provide feedback and ideas that improve our internal tools • Work cross-functionally with teammates in billing, operations, and client success to deliver excellent service
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in dental revenue cycle management (RCM), especially claims processing
- Deep familiarity with dental billing software and comfort with tools like Google Workspace, Slack and remote connection software
- Clear, professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organization and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail
- A collaborative mindset and an interest in improving internal systems and workflows
- A bachelor's degree is nice to have, but not required
