• Complete insurance verifications daily, gathering breakdowns from payer portals and phone calls • Input insurance information accurately into Open Dental or similar PMS • Use our internal verification software and provide feedback to improve it • Collaborate with teammates to support workflow and maintain service quality • Prioritize and manage tasks to meet daily deadlines with high accuracy

• Submit claims accurately and completely with all required attachments and documentation • Post insurance payments with speed and accuracy in accordance with the received EOB • Follow up on outstanding claims to reduce claim aging • Handle denials and appeals professionally and efficiently, interpreting EOBs and rejection codes • Collaborate with our software engineering team to provide feedback and ideas that improve our internal tools • Work cross-functionally with teammates in billing, operations, and client success to deliver excellent service
