Job Requirements
- Active HIS license in CA, NY, PA, or TX with 2+ years of fitting experience
- HIS applicants must have successfully passed the International Licensing Exam (ILE), administered by the International Hearing Society (IHS)
- A patient-first approach: empathetic, communicative, and genuinely invested in outcomes
- Comfort working independently and managing your own schedule and caseload
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work across teams in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable home internet: hardwired connection required (100+ Mbps download / 20+ Mbps upload)
- Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states (all associated costs fully covered by hear.com)
