Connection
• Design, maintain, and evolve scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and platform best practices. • Define and document platform architecture, data models, integration patterns, and technical guardrails for both technical and business audiences. • Lead technical design sessions and guide implementation of new modules, enhancements, and integrations with a focus on maintainability and reuse. • Provide hands-on architectural guidance and mentorship to developers, administrators, and configuration specialists. • Establish and enforce platform standards, smart customization strategies, and environment governance. • Oversee platform health, including performance, security, upgrade readiness, and continuous optimization. • Design and oversee integrations using MID Server, REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and related technologies. • Ensure CMDB and foundation data accuracy, compliance with CSDM, and effective data migration and reconciliation strategies. • Partner with business and IT leaders to deliver solutions that drive measurable business value. • Manage and optimize ServiceNow licensing to ensure compliance and cost-effective adoption.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).
- 7–10+ years of ServiceNow experience across architecture, development, and multiple modules.
- Proven ability to design scalable, secure, and upgrade-ready ServiceNow solutions.
- Strong experience leading technical design efforts and mentoring technical teams.
- Deep expertise in integrations, CMDB/CSDM, and platform governance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Preferred certifications: ServiceNow CSA, CIS, CTA, and ITIL v4 Foundation.
