The cadre plays a key role in keeping National EMR ready to deploy the right people in the right jobs quickly in an emergency management situation. TEKsystems has a 4 month remote contract role for a Payroll Application (ideally ADP GlobalView but other Payroll systems are acceptable). Our client is hiring a senior Test Lead to assist with a project to migrate their employee Payroll from UKG and Dayforce to ADP GlobalView. This project is specific to the U.S., will impact approximately 5,000 users, and is scheduled to go-live in July 2026. Required experience: • experience as a Payroll Test Lead on an implementation project is REQUIRED • HR Lifecycle experience is a MUST • Integration Testing experience (as a lead) is a MUST • Defect Management experience is a MUST • ADP Payroll experience is a huge plus • experience with Oracle HCM is a big plus This consultant needs to: - have strong experience leading testing efforts for large Payroll implementation projects. - be familiar with integration feeds and the data that is moved back and forth. - understand defect management and find out the origination of defects and be able to track these defects (this is a critical aspect of the job). - be able to manage the overall testing program and the test cycle from start to finish for the ADP payroll implementation project. - understand the full HR Hire to Retire process. - assist with the management of testing resources. - Project Management experience would be very helpful in this role.
