Programming Manager, Contract

The Suite

• Own end-to-end content strategy and execution for assigned events, balancing strategic vision with meticulous on-the-ground delivery. • Lead agenda development, identify and secure speakers and co-chairs, manage outreach, and develop detailed run-of-show plans. • Design and implement curated networking experiences tailored to senior executive audiences. • Manage sponsor content, guiding topic selection, materials review, and expectation setting. • Track event performance and gather actionable feedback through Airtable and standardized reporting tools. • Optimize and build upon existing templates, documentation, and processes for ongoing continuity and improvement. • Partner cross-functionally to ensure consistently exceptional member and attendee experiences. • Leverage advanced tools—including ChatGPT Enterprise and AI-driven workflows—to enhance content creation, streamline planning, and boost operational efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in event programming, content development, or event management, preferably with executive audiences or high-profile corporate gatherings
  • Demonstrated success owning end-to-end planning and execution for complex events or programs
  • Skilled in agenda design, speaker and stakeholder engagement, and the creation of curated networking or experiential moments
  • Experience managing sponsor relationships and integrating partner content
  • Proficiency with digital collaboration and event tools (Airtable, Asana, Trello, etc.); prior use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT Enterprise) a strong plus
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects, shifting priorities, and urgent needs
  • Clear, proactive communicator comfortable coordinating across cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders
  • High degree of autonomy, sound judgment, and adaptability in fast-moving, live-event environments
  • Experience documenting processes, optimizing workflows, and ensuring continuity across multifaceted programs
  • Previous experience in a membership-driven or professional networking organization a plus
