Senior Product Delivery Manager

EX Squared LATAM

• Partner with Product Managers to plan and execute product roadmap initiatives. • Own end-to-end delivery of product initiatives from planning through release. • Manage cross-team dependencies across engineering, data, and operations teams. • Drive delivery trade-offs related to scope, timelines, and technical constraints. • Establish clear execution plans, milestones, and delivery visibility. • Identify risks early and proactively lead mitigation strategies. • Coordinate release planning and delivery cadence across multiple initiatives. • Act as a key liaison between Product, Engineering, and Clinical Operations. • Ensure accountability and alignment without owning the product roadmap. • Continuously improve delivery processes and execution practices.

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Delivery, Program, or Technical Project Management roles.
  • Proven experience working within product-focused organizations.
  • Strong background delivering software products in cross-functional environments.
  • Experience managing technical dependencies across multiple teams.
  • Ability to translate product objectives into clear execution plans.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile delivery models (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid).
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills, including executive-level interactions.
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.
  • Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
  • Comfortable discussing technical concepts such as APIs, data flows, system integrations, and dependencies.
  • Experience working with cloud-based systems and modern software architectures.
  • Coding experience is not required, but a solid technical understanding is essential.
