Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent. - 6+ years of experience in a Product Owner role or equivalent. - Strong hands-on experience working in Agile development environments (Scrum, SAFe, or similar). - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), APIs, integrations, and system architecture. - Strong technical and delivery acumen with the ability to collaborate effectively with architects and engineers. - Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and complex product interdependencies. - Strong organizational, facilitation, and communication skills. - Demonstrated ability to write effective user stories, acceptance criteria, and drive high-quality delivery across cross-functional teams. - Experience in mentoring other product owners or contributing to agile process maturity is highly desirable. - Mortgage technology industry experience is mandatory.
