Client Relationship Management Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, building strong relationships and understanding their individual business objectives. Conduct regular meetings and workshops to gather requirements, provide progress updates, and deliver training sessions. Offer expert guidance on process challenges, recommending improvements and system optimizations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful implementations Knowledge Sharing and Mentoring Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in Oracle EPM/Hyperion Applications. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Information Systems, or a related field. 10+ years' experience in implementing & supporting Oracle Cloud EPM Planning & Narrative Reporting. Experience implementing Oracle Planning Cloud Modules: Workforce, CapEx, Projects, Strategic Modeling. Additional experience in other Oracle EPM applications (FCC, PCM, ARCS) Onestream knowledge is critical for navigation and assessment of the reporting system and structure. Entire assessment portion is dependent on that knowledge Proficiency in financial data acumen, data modeling, and data integration techniques. Strong understanding of interdependencies of the Oracle EPM applications. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Effective communication and presentation skills. Project management experience, including the ability to manage timelines, resources, and deliverables.
