Salary: $115,000 Benefits: - Unlimited PTO - Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance - 401k with up to a 4% employer match after one year - Remote Work - Paid Parental Leave Your Impact: - Own weekly, periodic, and annual financial reporting across locations and districts — and actively work to automate recurring reports so the team spends less time pulling data and more time acting on it - Build and maintain a rolling forecast using real operational inputs, run reforecasts with clear variance commentary, and develop scenarios that keep leadership ahead of the business - Translate operational data into financial insights — bridging the gap between what's happening on the floor and what it means for the P&L - Support budgeting cycles, including variance analysis and commentary - Use data to identify inefficiencies and cost drivers, and partner cross-functionally with operations to implement solutions Skills & Experience: - Degree in finance, math, or engineering - 2–3 years of experience in finance, strategy, sales ops, consulting, or similar - Expert in spreadsheet programs (i.e. Excel, Google Sheets), SQL experience preferred - Strong quantitative skillset - Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments - Strong communicator who can present financial findings to non-finance stakeholders clearly and concisely Responsibilities and tasks outlined in this document are not exhaustive and may change as determined by the needs of the company. Job Requirements
- Degree in finance, math, or engineering.
