We’re looking for a CRM Administrator to own and optimize our HubSpot environment, ensuring it remains accurate, efficient, and scalable as our business grows. In this role, you’ll help enable our sales, marketing, and service teams to operate more efficiently and make better decisions through reliable data and well-structured systems. It’s a great opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology and business. - Administer and optimize our HubSpot CRM, including configuration, customization, user roles, permissions, and system settings. - Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security by implementing proactive policies, data hygiene practices, and ongoing clean-up efforts. - Serve as the primary CRM expert for the organization, providing user support, training, and documentation to drive adoption and effective use of the platform. - Build dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights into sales, marketing, and service performance. - Troubleshoot and resolve system issues quickly to minimize disruptions and keep teams operating smoothly. - Manage and improve integrations with connected platforms such as NetSuite, Monday.com, and other business systems to streamline workflows. - Partner with teams across the organization to understand operational needs and ensure the CRM supports business goals and processes. - Review system usage and processes regularly, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, and overall system performance. - Maintain accurate product, pricing, and item data within the CRM to support quoting, reporting, and operational consistency. Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of CRM administration experience
- Proficiency in HubSpot CRM (Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub, Operations Hub)
- Experience with Zapier integrations
- Experience with Salesforce
- NetSuite familiarity
- Basic coding knowledge (CSS, Java)
- Understanding of APIs and system integrations
