Business Process Support Associate

• Support warehouse workforce management processes such as accurately executing creating and updating employee schedules and timesheets as well as providing timely feedback on attendance violations and discrepancies to managers for corrective action. • Investigate operational data inconsistencies such as product and inventory information and share well-validated findings with business stakeholders. • Track product and shipment data across multiple systems and provide accurate, actionable reports to relevant business teams. • Perform regular data audits to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance across internal systems. • Prepare accurate and actionable reports on operational information to support decision-making by relevant business teams. • Provide support for ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned, ensuring timely and quality deliverables. • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure operational data is accurate, timely, and actionable for warehouse operations.
Job Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in a functional operations support role with a strong emphasis on workforce management, process support and data management.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS, WMS, and ERP systems for creating, updating, and analyzing operational data (non-technical role).
- Experience in preparing and maintaining accurate, timely reports for business stakeholders.
- Experience working across business functions such as HR, Operations, Accounting, Purchasing, etc.
- Prior experience supporting warehouse operations and processes preferred, but not mandatory
- Must be willing to work during the permanent shift from 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM IST on weekdays.

Role Description The Manager, Investments supports the production and ongoing management of investment-related deliverables for the Company’s institutional businesses, including Pension Risk Transfer (PRT), Funding Agreement Backed Notes (FABN), and the offshore reinsurance platform. This role is a senior individual contributor responsible for day-to-day portfolio management, asset-liability management (ALM), liquidity oversight, and reinvestment strategy execution. A core focus of the role is portfolio monitoring and decision support, requiring the ability to synthesize complex information, identify emerging issues, and recommend actionable solutions with limited direction.
